Action research during two years conducted by two researchers in Science Education with a teaching team in college, shows how changes in practices can be supported and achieve success with staff and pupils, and improve school climate. However, the process of adapting to the specific needs of teachers and students can be hampered by both "habitus" resistant but also by preserving practices that protect a positive image. However, we hypothesize the school intervention can by developing specific support, participate in the construction of knowledge-en-acts, in cooperation with all stakeholders of the institution. |
